daily Practice Schedule

An on-going and steady daily practice schedule is a vital part of what a Zen center offers. Our regular daily practice schedule consists of periods of zazen (meditation), kinhin (walking meditation), service (bowing and chanting), soji (silent work periods), dharma talks (given by a teacher), dharma discussions, private practice discussions with the Guiding Teacher, and Zen classes. All events are held at the Zen Center at 123 Park St. in Beverly, MA.

The Zen Center also offers other events, classes, and retreats that you can find on our Special Events calendar.  Those events will come and go but the daily practice schedule found here will remain consistent.

If you are interested in a private practice discussion with our Guiding Teacher, please email or call us.

This daily practice schedule is offered freely, unless otherwise noted.  Donations are always appreciated and are vital to our continuation.
