Join us for daily meditation sessions as a way to ground yourself in sanity, solidarity, and stability in turbulent times.
For in-person practice at Zen Center North Shore at 21 Woodman Rd in Amesbury: Enter up the back stairs of the parking lot through the sliding glass door to the kitchen, where you can leave your shoes and other belongings. Please silence your phone or leave it in the car. The door will be open ½ hour before the time of zazen. Please plan to arrive anytime from then up til five minutes before zazen. If the door is locked when you arrive, please proceed down the stairs to the back yard to the sliding glass door of the zendo and someone will let you in.
